We retain Customer loyalty data for as long as the associated Business account is active. After a Business terminates, Customer data is deleted within 90 days unless required for legal purposes.

6.3 Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. We will process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
